Production/PD Project Manager - Luxury Home & Textiles

A fast-growing luxury home brand is seeking a Production Product Development Production Manager to oversee bespoke product development from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Design, and global manufacturing partners to bring custom designs to life with technical precision and exceptional craftsmanship. 

In office Monday - Friday 

RESPONSIBILITES 

• Manage end-to-end production for made-to-order home products.

• Partner with overseas factories and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Review samples, resolve technical issues, and maintain clear communication across departments.

• Balance multiple timelines while ensuring accuracy and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–7 years in production or product development within home décor, textiles, or related fields.

• Experience with custom or luxury manufacturing.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Confident working with international vendors and managing complex timelines.

• Full-time, in-office role; occasional international travel required.
