Founder

Jamie founded PRTNR Recruiting to make hiring more human, more honest, and more effective. Throughout her career, she has supported everything from emerging start-ups to global companies, always grounding each search in culture, clarity, and connection.

Her approach blends strategy with insight connecting the right people to the right companies in ways that drive results. For Jamie, recruiting isn’t about transactions; it’s about building partnerships that last.

Sarah Benavides

Managing Partner

Former menswear designer turned recruiter, Sarah built her career designing for brands like GANT and Nautica. She brings a creative eye and business-savvy instinct to every placement. Now based in the UK, she leads our global expansion, bringing her bespoke, big-picture approach across markets. She is has a fabulous eye for photography.

Stacy Gesualdo

Principal Partner

Stacy is a powerhouse, an authentic, born connector with a sharp instinct for people and opportunity. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting, paired with a foundation in fashion wholesale, she brings a rare blend of industry know-how and human insight to everything she does. Known for her directness, loyalty, and no-nonsense approach, Stacy has built a trusted network across North America and the UK. Her motto? “Let’s make moves.”

Originally from New Jersey, she strikes a seamless balance between high-impact business and grounded family life—and she always keeps it real.

Lillian brings a unique blend of styling, luxury consignment, and client management to her recruiting role. Based in LA by way of NYU and the Midwest, she’s known for her warmth, intuition, and ability to make candidates feel seen. Bonus fact: she herds buffalo with her family. Yes, really.
