Senior Manager, Marketing Operations –Apparel & Lifestyle

A leading multi-brand apparel group is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to streamline creative workflows, elevate photo studio performance, and champion new technology integrations—including Project Management, Digital Asset Management, and GenAI systems.

You’ll lead a small team overseeing content production and asset delivery, ensuring smooth coordination across photo, video, and digital operations. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment, balancing creative excellence with operational precision.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead all photo studio operations, from scheduling to postproduction and asset delivery.

  • Optimize end-to-end workflows for creative requests, approvals, and digital content management.

  • Oversee system integrations across PM and DAM platforms, establishing process standards and training teams on best practices.

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve creative production efficiency.

  • Serve as the operational authority—defining priorities, managing timelines, and guiding cross-functional partners.

  • Empower your team through process-driven leadership and clear communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–7 years in marketing operations within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

  • Strong experience managing studio workflows, digital assets, and cross-functional projects.

  • Proven success implementing process improvements and system rollouts.

  • Skilled in PM/DAM tools and knowledgeable about AI in creative operations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

  • Highly organized, decisive, and comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment.
