Sr. Sportswear Designer

Now hiring a Senior Sportswear Designer to lead the design and development of women's knit tops, woven's and dresses. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of the creative process from concept through production.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and overseas factory partners to develop commercially successful collections that balance trend, creativity, and business objectives. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence seasonal direction while collaborating with teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design seasonal collections across women's knit tops, woven tops, dresses, and skirts.
Create original concepts, color stories, fabric direction, trims, and print ideas aligned with market trends.
Develop Illustrator flats, technical packages, and detailed product specifications.
Partner directly with overseas factories throughout product development and sample execution.
Present concepts and seasonal assortments to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, merchandising, production, and sourcing.
Travel domestically and internationally to support client meetings, factory visits, market appointments, and development.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience designing women's contemporary apparel.
Strong background designing knit tops, woven tops, dresses, and fashion separates.
An elevated contemporary aesthetic with experience creating feminine, fashion-forward collections.
Exceptional Adobe Illustrator skills with experience creating technical flats and tech packs.
Strong knowledge of fabric development, garment construction, trims, and fit.
Experience collaborating directly with overseas factories and customer-facing presentations.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
