Sales & Account Manager Associate

In office 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the day-to-day management of key retail and wholesale accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with customers while serving as a reliable point of contact.

  • Coordinate orders, track deliveries, and ensure products move through the process accurately and on time.

  • Prepare sales reports, business recaps, and account performance analysis.

  • Assist with product assortments, customer presentations, and seasonal selling initiatives.

  • Partner closely with merchandising, product development, operations, and customer service teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and opportunities to grow existing business.

  • Attend customer meetings, market appointments, and industry events as needed.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, merchandising, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or consumer products businesses is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
