RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as a key contact

  • Coordinate purchase orders and track deliveries

  • Support market appointments and showroom setup

  • Schedule meetings and handle sample requests

  • Track sales activity and identify growth opportunities

  • Assist sales team with admin and reporting

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ year of sales or account support experience preferred

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent communication and organization

  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
