RESPONSIBILITES
Develop luggage, backpacks, travel bags, and accessories from concept through production.
Create tech packs, BOMs, specifications, and construction details.
Partner with overseas factories on samples, costing, and production.
Recommend materials, trims, hardware, and construction methods.
Ensure products meet quality, retailer, and performance standards.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in luggage, travel goods, backpacks, or bag design.
Strong knowledge of bag construction, materials, hardware, and manufacturing.
Experience creating tech packs and managing overseas product development.
Ability to balance design, functionality, quality, and cost.
Strong communication and project management skills.
