Recruiting Manager

We are hiring an in house Recruiting Manager for a growing apparel lifestyle company in Los Angeles.  This is role will have full-cycle recruiting responsibilities across departments, build scalable hiring processes, and partner with leadership to attract top talent. This role is in office Monday - Thursday and WFH Friday.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Drive company-wide recruiting strategy and workforce planning

  • Manage sourcing, interviews, and candidate experience

  • Optimize Greenhouse, Workday, and related systems for efficiency

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (apparel, beauty or cpg)

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
