Senior Technical Designer

A fast-growing juniors brand seeking a Senior Fit Technical Designer with deep expertise in denim fit and construction. This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership, build a fit tech function from the ground up managing the entire fit process from tech pack creation to production approval and help shape the future of our product quality and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in technical design or fit technology (4+ years in denim)

• Strong background in women’s and girls’ fit across both denim and non-denim

• Proficient in patternmaking, grading, and garment construction

• In-depth knowledge of denim fabrics and wash processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel

• Experience communicating with overseas factories

• Knowledge of 2D pattern software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) or 3D software (e.g., CLO3D) (a plus)

• Knowledge of PLM systems (a plus)

• Mandarin language skills (a plus)
