Private Client Advisor, Luxury Fashion

We're partnering with a rapidly growing luxury fashion business that specializes in sourcing and selling exceptional designer, archival, vintage, and one-of-a-kind pieces to a discerning clientele. Built on white-glove service, deep product expertise, and trusted relationships, the company works with high-net-worth individuals, collectors, stylists, and tastemakers seeking pieces that cannot be found elsewhere.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking their first dedicated Private Client Advisor to help expand client relationships, drive sales, and deliver an unmatched luxury experience.

RESPONSIBLITIES 

  • Manage and grow a curated portfolio of inherited VIP clients and qualified inbound leads.

  • Activate and deepen relationships within your existing network and book of business.

  • Conduct private appointments, wardrobe consultations, in-home fittings, and bespoke sourcing requests.

  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, collectors, stylists, and fashion insiders.

  • Partner closely with founders to identify sales opportunities and expand client reach.

  • Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-level experience throughout the client journey.

  • Drive revenue through both existing relationships and proactive business development.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional taste.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Advisor, VIP Relations Manager, Elite Client Specialist, Personal Shopper, Stylist, or similar luxury-facing role.

  • Experience within a luxury multi-brand retailer, luxury resale platform, fashion house, or comparable environment.

  • Existing client relationships and a network aligned with luxury, designer, vintage, archival, or collectible fashion.

  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.

  • Exceptional communication skills, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-moving business.

  • A genuine passion for luxury fashion, design, craftsmanship, and exceptional product.

  • Los Angeles-based preferred, though exceptional candidates in other markets may be considered.
