Beauty Public Relations Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

A leading beauty-focused public relations agency is expanding its team due to continued client growth and new business wins. This is an opportunity for a Beauty Account Executive or Senior Account Executive (DOE) to work with an impressive portfolio of skincare, cosmetics, wellness, and lifestyle brands while gaining exposure to senior leadership and clear advancement opportunities.

Hybrid 

RESPONSIBILITES 

  • Manage day-to-day communications across multiple beauty and wellness client accounts

  • Develop and execute media relations strategies that drive earned media coverage

  • Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, writers, producers, and key media contacts

  • Pitch products, launches, trends, founders, and brand stories to print, digital, broadcast, and podcast outlets

  • Coordinate media mailers, product seeding programs, and sampling initiatives

  • Support and execute press events, influencer activations, and brand launches

  • Prepare client reports, coverage recaps, and strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account execution

  • Manage competing deadlines and priorities across a diverse client portfolio

  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3+ years of public relations agency experience, preferably within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or lifestyle sectors

  • Current Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, or Account Supervisor experience preferred

  • Proven success securing earned media placements across digital, print, broadcast, and podcast outlets

  • Established relationships with beauty editors and media contacts

  • Strong pitching, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Background supporting product launches, media events, and editorial campaigns

  • Proficiency with Muck Rack and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
