Product Development Manager

A fast-growing fashion house is restructuring its team to support expansion across swimwear, resortwear, knitwear, and ready-to-wear. We’re seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our product categories and streamlining production processes.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, design-driven environment where you’ll take ownership of development calendars, manage cross-functional communication, and ensure products move from concept to production seamlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead product development across multiple seasonal categories, ensuring timelines are met.

• Track materials, trims, samples, and approvals while maintaining clear communication with global factory partners.

• Act as the connector between design, technical design, and production teams, keeping information flowing and organized.

• Maintain digital dashboards and documentation to support cross-time-zone collaboration.

• Identify and solve challenges proactively, offering solutions that keep production on track.

• Help shape the PD structure as the team grows, eventually managing direct reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in product development, ideally with swimwear, resortwear, or luxury apparel.

• Strong background in managing multi-category calendars and supplier communication.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

• A problem-solver with a positive, solutions-first mindset.

• Comfortable defining processes in a newly structured team.
