 A leading luxury lifestyle brand is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Manager to support key retail accounts across the U.S. Based in New York City, this role focuses on maximizing in-store sales performance through daily support, training, merchandising, and execution of strategic trade marketing initiatives.  The Luxury Retail Performance Manager will act as the crucial link between the brand and its wholesale partners—ensuring strong product presence, motivated retail teams, and consistent sell-through performance. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of retail expertise, visual merchandising know-how, and a passion for premium design.  Do you have a passion in driving sales KPIs and provide insights to internal teams for continuous improvement?  Then we have a role for you!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, brand management, or account support

  • Background in luxury, premium lifestyle, or home decor strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, customer engagement, and visual merchandising

  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop action-oriented strategies

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple store relationships across US markets

  • Comfortable performing hands-on merchandising tasks in-store

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for luxury design, interiors, and craftsmanship
