Director of Customer Success

A fast-growing retail technology company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Customer Success to lead and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization focused on customer growth, retention, and revenue expansion. This role will drive client engagement, optimize customer lifecycle strategies, and build scalable processes that support rapid growth while maintaining a high-touch customer experience. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve the customer journey, drive operational excellence, and maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate must be able be a strong leader is able to coach and develop a high-performing Customer Success team

REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
• Proven experience scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and operational mindset with KPI ownership experience
• Advanced experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Experience building processes, dashboards, and customer success playbooks
• Strong coaching, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and results-driven environment
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, marketplace, or SaaS environments preferred
