A growing accessories brand is hiring a Senior Planning Manager to build and lead planning across wholesale and DTC. This is a high-impact role for someone who can own the full picture, not just demand or replenishment, and thrive in a fast-moving, scrappy environment.
This is a hybrid role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own OTB, forecasting, and long-range planning
Manage inventory, replenishment, and allocation strategies
Lead weekly/monthly reporting and performance analysis
Turn data into actionable insights for merchandising and leadership
Build scalable planning tools and processes
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in planning (fashion/accessories preferred)
Strong OTB, inventory, and financial planning experience
Background across wholesale + DTC
Advanced Excel; systems experience a plus
Analytical, scrappy, and strategic
