Wholesale Director

NEW YORK, NEW YORK

A growing accessories brand is hiring a Wholesale Director to lead and scale its wholesale business across key retail partners and B2B channels. This is a hands-on role working closely with leadership, ideal for a strong merchant who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

Hybrid IN NYC 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Drive wholesale growth strategy across department stores and specialty retail

  • Manage and grow key accounts; lead seasonal sell-in and assortments

  • Own wholesale P&L, forecasting, and performance tracking

  • Partner cross-functionally on product, pricing, and inventory

  • Expand B2B and new distribution opportunities

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 7+ years wholesale experience in fashion or accessories

  • Strong department store background (Dillard’s, Macy’s preferred; sporting goods a plus)

  • Proven account management and revenue growth success

  • Strong merchandising and financial acumen

  • Client-facing, organized, and comfortable in a lean team

  • Kids category experience is a plus
