Account Executive – West Coast Specialty Store

An established and fast-growing contemporary fashion brand is seeking a driven Account Executive to expand wholesale partnerships and accelerate sales performance with their speciality store accounts. This role focuses on building strong retail relationships, executing sales strategies, and optimizing product assortment to drive revenue across key accounts.

RESPONSIBLITIES
Manage and grow wholesale accounts to achieve sales and margin targets
Partner with retail buyers to recommend product assortments and drive in-store performance
Analyze weekly sales data to identify growth opportunities and trends
Forecast inventory needs and support seasonal planning strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales initiatives and market expansion plans
Support new product launches and identify opportunities for category growth
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Plan and support retail events to increase sell-through and brand visibility
REQUIREMENTS
3–5+ years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in women’s contemporary apparel
Strong network of retail buyers and specialty accounts (West Coast/Southwest preferred)
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage multiple accounts
Advanced Excel and strong retail math/analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S.
