Senior Manager of Growth Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing who will play a key role in driving the success of our client's contemporary women's fashion brand. The primary focus will be on revenue growth and other key performance indicators (KPIs). This will be achieved by strategically utilizing growth channels, such as paid media, and continuously analyzing data to refine our marketing strategies. This role involves managing all marketing channels and taking full ownership of growth-focused initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on paid media, SEO, email, SMS, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and other growth initiatives, including referrals and direct mail.
Set and monitor marketing KPIs, using analytics to track and improve key metrics such as revenue growth, lifetime value, conversion rate, and average order value.
Build and manage marketing campaigns that target new customer acquisition and customer retention while driving measurable ROI.
Manage a Digital Merchandising Manager, a Social & Influencer Manager, a Marketing Coordinator, and External Agencies.
Oversee marketing budget allocation and processes to ensure resources are utilized effectively and cost-efficiently, prioritizing high-performing channels.
Prepare monthly reports for the CEO with actual results, KPIs, trends, and variances for various reporting periods, such as last year and the current 445 reporting period.
Liaise with the Finance team on budgets and actual results on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure alignment around targets and priorities.
Create a marketing calendar for the upcoming year in advance.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, marketing dashboards, and attribution tools to analyze performance and guide data-driven decision-making.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, and buying/design teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, business goals, and key categories of focus.
Oversee processes and procedures needed to support all aspects of the outcomes needed for marketing channels, including how creative resources are utilized or how freelancers are leveraged to support asset development in partnership with the Creative Director.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platforms, and emerging growth opportunities to enhance the brand's visibility and market share.
Spearheaded growth initiatives such as partnerships, influencer marketing, and innovative activations that align with the brand’s objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Ensure the marketing technology stack is optimized and recommend new tools where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA.
8-10 years of experience focusing on digital channels in the fashion industry in growth and performance marketing
Must have experience with Ad spend working with agencies.
Strong background in women’s fashion with a good understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Expertise in developing data-driven marketing strategies aligned with KPIs and growth objectives.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
Track record of leading and optimizing paid media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
Proficient in digital analytics tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel, and Attentive, MUST have extensive experience in SHOPIFY.
Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
