Client Operations Coordinator

Join a forward-thinking fashion operations collective that powers the success of emerging and established brands. As a Client Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of wholesale and e-commerce fulfillmentensuring every order runs smoothly from purchase to delivery.
You’ll oversee B2B and B2C operations, manage EDI orders for national retailers, support boutique clients, and collaborate closely with logistics teams. Your sharp attention to detail and love of structure will help keep brands organized, compliant, and thriving.
RESPONSIBILITES
Manage wholesale orders via EDI and direct boutique entry
Coordinate dropship and e-commerce fulfillment processes
Track inventory accuracy and delivery timelines
Communicate with retail partners and boutiques regarding orders and claims
Ensure vendor compliance with routing, ticketing, and shipping standards
Partner with warehouse teams and provide weekly reports
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in fashion operations, showroom, or wholesale coordination
Knowledge of EDI, ERP systems, and order management tools (e.g., Joor, NuORDER)
Strong Excel and reporting skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Polished communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
