E-commerce Operations Coordinator

Our client is a fashion-focused collective helping brands grow. We’re hiring an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support daily site management, product uploads, reporting, and data accuracy. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, Shopify- and Excel-experienced professional who enjoys optimizing online retail performance.

RESPONSBILITIES 

  • Upload new products and ensure accurate data across all listings.

  • Track sales and build weekly/monthly reports.

  • Monitor inventory and site functionality to maintain a seamless customer experience.

  • Support promotions, markdowns, and new collection launches.

  • Collaborate with customer service to manage order inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 1–2 years of e-commerce or data entry experience.

  • Strong skills in Shopify and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

  • Organized, analytical, and adaptable.

  • Bonus: Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, or SEO knowledge.
