A growing contemporary fashion brand is seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead its new flagship boutique location. REQUIREMENTS
5–10 years of retail management experience within luxury, designer, or contemporary fashion
Strong clienteling background with a proven ability to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
Experience leading boutique or high-touch retail environments preferred
Demonstrated success driving sales performance and exceeding business goals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with CRM platforms and customer outreach strategies
Operationally minded with experience managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating elevated customer experiences
