Textile Designer

Join a fast-growing fashion brand known for creating trend-driven apparel across women's fashion, bridal, swimwear, children's collections, and denim. This role is ideal for a creative Print & Textile Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for developing original artwork, custom prints, and production-ready textile designs.

HYBRID - IN OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK AND POSSIBLY MORE IF NEEDED.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Create and develop original print and textile artwork for multiple product categories.

• Recolor, resize, and edit purchased and proprietary prints using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Prepare artwork packages and specifications for print vendors.

• Manage print development timelines and communicate with external partners.

• Track print approvals, strike-offs, and development progress.

• Collaborate with design, materials, and production teams to ensure accurate print execution.

• Develop print placement guides and artwork specifications.

• Maintain print archives and copyright documentation.

• Ensure all projects meet seasonal deadlines and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of in-house print or textile design experience.

• Portfolio showcasing print, textile, and surface design work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience creating CAD artwork and production-ready files.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, print placement, and textile development.

• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
