A high-end swimwear and lifestyle brand is hiring a Store Manager to lead its first flagship retail store in Beverly Hills. You’ll oversee store launch, manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for a proven retail leader with luxury or premium fashion experience, strong team-building skills, and a passion for client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead store opening setup: staffing, POS (Shopify), merchandising

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

  • Ensure luxury-level client experience and personalized service

  • Manage operations: inventory, visuals, reporting, KPIs

  • Partner with leadership to optimize sales and store growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years of retail management (luxury/premium preferred)

  • Shopify or retail POS experience

  • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills

  • Customer-first mindset and startup adaptability
