In this role, you’ll partner with the Senior Technical Designer to bring precision, fit, and innovation to every product we make. You’ll be hands-on with every stage of development—from concept through final fit—ensuring each garment meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and comfort.
RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and maintain accurate technical packages, including measurements, construction specs, and materials information.
Participate in garment fittings; record detailed notes to maintain consistent fit and design intent.
Collaborate closely with design, production, and pattern-making teams to translate creative vision into manufacturable garments.
Measure incoming samples, track progress, and ensure all changes are documented in updated tech packs.
Communicate with domestic and international vendors to troubleshoot fit and construction issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed sample tracking systems and coordinate status updates across departments.
Assist in preparing fit sessions, including managing all samples, trims, and related materials.
Support senior team members throughout all development and production cycles.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of technical design experience, preferably in apparel.
Proven background in knitwear or activewear required.
Advanced knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and technical specs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and experience with tech packs.
Familiarity with Backbone PLM is a plus.
Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
