In this role, you’ll partner with the Senior Technical Designer to bring precision, fit, and innovation to every product we make. You’ll be hands-on with every stage of development—from concept through final fit—ensuring each garment meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and comfort.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and maintain accurate technical packages, including measurements, construction specs, and materials information.

  • Participate in garment fittings; record detailed notes to maintain consistent fit and design intent.

  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and pattern-making teams to translate creative vision into manufacturable garments.

  • Measure incoming samples, track progress, and ensure all changes are documented in updated tech packs.

  • Communicate with domestic and international vendors to troubleshoot fit and construction issues efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed sample tracking systems and coordinate status updates across departments.

  • Assist in preparing fit sessions, including managing all samples, trims, and related materials.

  • Support senior team members throughout all development and production cycles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

  • Minimum 4–5 years of technical design experience, preferably in apparel.

  • Proven background in knitwear or activewear required.

  • Advanced knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and technical specs.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and experience with tech packs.

  • Familiarity with Backbone PLM is a plus.

  • Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
