This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives on shaping bold visual narratives and delivering impactful brand experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to bring campaigns to life across digital, print, and experiential channels, owning projects from concept through execution.

                                                            The role is office, Monday - Friday 

RESPONSIBILITES 

  • Lead the visual design process from concept to execution for digital and print assets.

  • Provide design direction​ and hands-on design expertise for marketing campaigns to ensure brand alignment and creative excellence.

  • Develop design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines to maintain visual standards​ across all touchpoints.

  • Strategically advance creative concepts and communication strategies across all brand touchpoints.

  • Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to translate objectives into visual solutions.

  • Present design decisions to stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-7 years of experience in a brand, agency, or design studio.

  • A portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction, visual storytelling, and experiential/in-store environments.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, ​retouching, typography, and brand identity systems.

  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and working with executive stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of current trends in fashion, athletics, or motorsports (motorsports experience is a plus).
