Social Media & Content Manager

A growing fashion brand is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead its digital voice and content strategy across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging fashion and lifestyle content while building an authentic online community.
You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, and e-commerce teams to develop social campaigns, produce compelling content, and grow brand awareness through thoughtful storytelling and strong visual direction. In office in Los Angeles, Local candidates only.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage brand social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Create engaging content across video, photography, graphics, and copy
Develop and maintain the social content calendar tied to campaigns and product launches
Oversee visual storytelling including Reels, Stories, and platform-specific formats
Build and engage an online community through authentic interaction
Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content
Partner with marketing and e-commerce teams on social-driven campaigns
Track performance metrics and identify new social trends and opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of social media, content, or digital marketing experience
Background working with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
Strong visual eye and ability to create engaging social content
Experience producing short-form video, photography, and digital assets
Knowledge of social media analytics, growth strategies, and influencer marketing
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
