Senior Account Executive - Womens’

The ideal candidate has strong wholesale relationships, experience managing major accounts, and a proven ability to drive sales growth within the contemporary fashion market. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based out of a West Coast showroomA fast-growing contemporary women’s apparel brand is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow major wholesale partnerships. This role will primarily oversee a large national retailer while helping expand key categories, including the brand’s growing premium denim business.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage and grow major wholesale accounts, with a primary focus on a leading national retailer.

  • Partner with buyers to drive sales growth, assortment expansion, and category opportunities.

  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and gross margin across product categories.

  • Analyze weekly sales and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Forecast sales and inventory needs in partnership with planning teams.

  • Support retail events, trunk shows, and in-store initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are executed and delivered successfully.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–7+ years of wholesale sales experience, including management of major retail accounts.

  • Experience in women’s contemporary apparel required.

  • Premium denim experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong retail math, analytical, and Excel skills.

  • Established relationships with major retailers and specialty accounts.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
