Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager

A gorgeous, contemporary women's brand is looking for a strategic Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager to execute comprehensive brand marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that integrates social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, events, and content creation to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • Own and execute the social media strategy. This includes content planning, posting, community engagement, and platform growth across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.

  • Oversee content creation and execution, including monthly content calendars, visual storytelling, user-generated content, and product launch campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.

  • Serve as the primary contact for PR agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across media outreach, press placements, and PR initiatives.

  • Lead influencer marketing strategy. This includes scouting, negotiating partnerships, managing campaigns, and tracking performance to maximize brand exposure and ROI.

  • Plan and execute brand activations, strategic collaborations, and experiential marketing events to enhance customer engagement and visibility.

  • Analyze marketing and social media performance, preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize efforts.

  • Stay ahead of fashion industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and social media best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 -7 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, and influencer marketing within the fashion industry.

  • Thorough knowledge of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement.

  • Expertise in social media strategy, with a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

  • Experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, negotiation, and campaign management.

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion.

  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for copy and visual aesthetics.

  • Experience managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Passion for digital marketing innovation.

  • Skilled in: Shopify, Klaviyo, Dash Hudson, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
