Join a long standing stable contemporary fashion brand as a Senior Fashion Merchandiser and play a key role in driving product strategy, assortment planning, and sales performance. This role blends trend analysis, financial planning, and creative collaboration to bring high-impact collections to life across retail and e-commerce.

RESPONSIBLITITES
Develop seasonal merchandise strategies and product assortments
Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sell-through
Partner with design and marketing to align product with brand vision and customer demand
Manage open-to-buy plans, inventory levels, and margin goals
Track weekly performance and adjust in-season strategies accordingly
Research industry trends and competitor assortments to inform buying decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally across planning, buying, and creative teams
Lead communication of line plans, selling reports, and merchandising strategy
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work in office
5–7 years of merchandising or buying experience in women’s fashion (contemporary or DTC preferred)
Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs) and merchandising systems (Blue Cherry, JOOR)
A passion for fashion trends and understanding of the modern consumer
Proven success in driving sales through product and inventory planning
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
