Customer Service Representative

Our private label apparel manufacture is hiring a, systems-savvy Customer Service Rep to join their team and support Walmart. If you’ve worked with Walmart you know how critical it is to be airtight on item file creation, vendor compliance, and delivery timing. It is a must to have experience with Item Files & Nova Item Files (New Order Visibility Application) and OTIF (On Time In Full) Compliance.
You’ll report to the Director of Customer Service and collaborate daily with sales, ops, and production. This role requires someone who’s not just responsive, but anticipatory and has experience catching issues before they snowball and making sure our backend is just as buttoned-up as our product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own customer service and backend operations for Walmart (and potentially Target)
Build, update, and manage item files in Nova (a must) and ideally OTIF
Handle order entry, compliance, and communication with Walmart systems
Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure on-time delivery
Manage chargebacks, returns, and invoice discrepancies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep everything moving
Keep our internal records organized and up to date
REQUIREMENTS
2–6 years of recent experience supporting Walmart
Direct experience with Nova item files and (ideally) OTIF systems
Detail-oriented with strong Excel skills and a calm, get-it-done attitude
Apparel, accessories, kids, or swimwear backgrounds all welcome
Target experience is a plus, but Walmart is a must
Strong communicator and natural collaborator
Able to juggle moving parts without dropping the ball
