Now Hiring a PRTNR Senior Product Development Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of design, product execution, and global collaboration for a established fashion accessories company in New York.
This is an excellent opportunity for a product development professional with experience in handbags or fashion accessories who enjoys bringing new collections to life. As a Senior Product Development Coordinator, you'll work closely with design teams and international manufacturing partners to help move products from concept through development while ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
IN - OFFICE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review tech packs for accuracy and flag inconsistencies before they reach the factory
Track prototype and confirmation samples against design intent and spec requirements, documenting any deviations
Own sample and swatch tracking from request through receipt, making sure the right product arrives in time for key review milestones
Maintain daily communication with factory partners, managing follow-ups and status updates across multiple active styles
Build and maintain the product development chart, running weekly status reviews with the team to keep pace with the time and action calendar
Create and update line sheets in InDesign to support sales and presentation needs
Support special projects and cross-functional requests as the season demands
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of product development experience in the designer accessories or handbag market
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with the ability to CAD original sketches
Strong working knowledge of production calendars, development timelines, and milestone-driven workflows
Experience with InDesign for line sheet creation
Comfort managing factory communication across multiple time zones
Highly organized with a natural instinct for prioritization when multiple deadlines converge
