A better contemporary women's collection seeks a Senior Merchandiser for their lifestyle collection.  This person is responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle for this category. This role involves developing and maintaining seasonal tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency while also identifying growth opportunities and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and collaborative skills, with a solid understanding of the retail landscape. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandise Management or a related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in retail or wholesale merchandising.

• Proficient in computer skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

• Detail-oriented, solution-focused team player.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Analytical experience in retail math, including markup, gross margins, and sell-through rates.

• Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies.

• Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across various teams.

• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
