Interim Director, People Experience & Retail Support

We’re partnering with a beloved accessories brand known for craftsmanship, creativity, and connection to find an interim Head of People & Culture; someone who leads with heart, not just handbooks.

You’ll guide a small, talented HR team supporting retail, wholesale, and manufacturing, helping keep this people-first culture thriving. This is a hands-on role for a leader who believes great workplaces are built through empathy, curiosity, and conversation, not PowerPoints. This role can be full time or contract depending on experience 

RESPONSIBLITIES 

• Mentor and support a five-person HR team across all divisions

• Strengthen culture and engagement company-wide

• Partner with leaders to grow and develop teams

• Bring energy, authenticity, and warmth to every interaction

REQUIREMENTS 

• An experienced HR leader with multi-location retail or consumer experience

• Empathetic, approachable, and action-oriented

• Someone who believes HR = Helping Relationships
