Retail Supervisor/ Assistant Store Manager

A fast-growing, body-inclusive resort wear brand is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor for its new flagship retail location in Beverly Hills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing leadership role and is looking to grow alongside a brand expanding nationally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have strong floor leadership skills, a passion for delivering elevated service, and experience supporting retail operations in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This position offers long-term growth potential as the brand continues to scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and team leadership

• Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service and coaching team members

• Assist with training, scheduling, and supporting overall team performance

• Uphold visual merchandising and operational standards

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and body-confident culture

• Manage customer issues with empathy and professionalism

• Contribute to sales and clienteling efforts

• Step in to manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4+ years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisor or key holder role

• Warm, confident, and highly collaborative

• Passionate about delivering a thoughtful and inclusive customer experience

• Strong communicator and team motivator

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

• Tech-savvy (Shopify POS experience a plus)

• Open to working weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
