Associate Handbag Designer – Women’s Accessories

Join a fast-moving fashion team focused on designing trend-driven women’s handbags. This role supports the full design lifecycle, from concept to prototype, while working closely with senior design leadership. Ideal for someone highly creative, organized, and passionate about accessories, this position offers strong growth within a high-volume product environment .

This role is in office Monday - Thursday and WFH on Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist in designing seasonal women’s handbag collections

• Create sketches, CADs, and visual presentations

• Support trend research, market analysis, and runway insights

• Prepare and update tech packs and design specifications

• Track samples, revisions, and development timelines

• Source materials, trims, and hardware

• Partner with cross-functional teams on product execution

• Maintain design boards, line sheets, and assortment tools

REQUIREMENTS 

• 2–5 years in handbag, accessories, or product design

• Strong knowledge of handbag construction, materials, and hardware

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

• Experience with tech packs and product development

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Fashion-forward with awareness of trends and market direction
