We’re partnering with a premium fashion brand entering a new phase of East Coast growth. For the first time, they’re creating a dedicated East Coast Regional Retail Manager Lead to support flagship locations, high-volume stores, and upcoming openings planned for 2026. This role is built for a retail leader who likes to stay close to the floor while shaping regional performance.

Region - NYC, Charleston, SC, Tampa, FL and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop teams across multiple full-line locations

  • ~60% time in stores; ~40% remote or showroom-based

  • Partner with senior leadership on staffing, performance, and opportunity

  • Support new store openings and regional expansion

  • Serve as the connector between stores and corporate partners

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of retail leadership; regional experience preferred

  • Experience supporting flagship and high-volume stores

  • Strong people leadership and operational instincts

  • Comfortable balancing hands-on leadership with strategy

  • Willingness to travel across the East Coast

  • Premium, contemporary, or luxury retail experience preferred
