Our client is a start-up company that is looking for real fashion enthusiasts to join the team. They are now hiring a Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Lead to drive the brands growth through key relationships with creators, editors, stylists, and fashion-forward brands. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, identify, and pitch to high-end designers and fashion houses for inventory collaboration and consignment partnerships.

  • Negotiate terms that drive value for both parties and grow our curated collection.

  • Develop ongoing partner engagement plans to deepen strategic relationships.

  • Discover and onboard creators, editors, and stylists whose values align with our brand.

  • Create personalized outreach strategies and storytelling angles that resonate with potential collaborators.

  • Manage influencer relationships from pitch through performance review.

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure brand alignment, budget efficiency, and campaign success.

  • Use marketing tools to track performance of influencer content and partner engagement.

  • Evaluate metrics like engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversion to refine future strategies.

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 5+ years in influencer or partnership marketing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle.

  • A strong network in fashion media, creator spaces, or luxury brand circles.

  • Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.

  • Data-savvy with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.

  • Self-starter with exceptional organization, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
