Product Development/Production Associate

A luxury textiles company is seeking highly organized and proactive Product Development & Production Associate to support and drive product launches from concept through delivery. This role sits at the center of Design, Merchandising, and Production, ensuring that timelines are met, communication is clear, and development progresses without delays.  As a key day-to-day driver of the development and production process, this individual will own timelines, manage deliverables, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

In office--full time

REQUIREMENTS 

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Development or Production

• Experience working with overseas vendors and managing development timelines

• Familiarity with product specifications, artwork, and development workflows

• Experience in textiles, home, fashion, or a related category preferred

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently

• Strong communicator, able to translate clearly across design, merchandising, production, and vendors

• Proactive and accountable, with consistent follow-through

• Effective multitasker across multiple timelines and priorities

• Comfortable working with overseas vendors and navigating development workflows
