Vice President of Merchandising

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Merchandising as a key leader in our clients Premium Fashion Vertical. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our clients future, driving growth through innovative product strategies and trend-setting merchandising initiatives in addition to spearheading merchandising strategies, set trend directions, and oversee product approvals that align with the brand's premium positioning. A keen eye for fashion and deep understanding of consumer behavior will be instrumental in propelling the brand forward, ensuring they stay ahead of market trends while maintaining distinctive brand integrity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a leading fashion brand, utilizing your strategic mindset and creative vision to shape the future of premium fashion.
This role is in office Monday - Friday

Trend forecasting and strategy development
Product development and brand management
Performance analysis and optimization
Cross-functional leadership

Collaborate with licensees and cross-functional teams
Optimize performance and drive sales across all product lines
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years experience in fashion merchandising or product development
Proven track record in sales growth through product strategies
Proficiency in design tools and merchandising software
Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
Strategic mindset with eye for fashion trends
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
Understanding of premium fashion market
Experience with licensees and brand partnerships
Ability to travel as needed
