Technical Designer – Apparel Fit & Product Development

We’re seeking a skilled Technical Designer to manage fit, specs, and garment construction across multiple apparel styles. This role ensures design intent translates into production-ready, perfectly balanced garments through precise measurements, collaboration, and quality control.

RESPONSIBILITES 

• Oversee the fit process from prototype to production.

• Create and update tech packs and measurement specs.

• Evaluate samples for fit, proportion, and quality.

• Communicate fit corrections clearly to vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain consistent documentation and version control throughout development.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–8 years of apparel technical design or product development experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern correction, and fabrics.

• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and design software (Illustrator or PLM preferred).
