Operations Manager

A growing luxury brand is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while driving efficiency, process improvement, and team performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role—someone who is just as comfortable on the warehouse floor as they are analyzing KPIs and refining systems. You’ll play a key role in managing inventory, logistics, and team development, while helping to build scalable processes in an evolving environment.
We’re looking for someone who brings both structure and adaptability—someone who can implement best practices, lead with clarity, and elevate operations across multiple touch points.
This is an in office role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and logistics
Lead and develop warehouse teams, setting clear expectations and driving performance
Establish and track KPIs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and output
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations
Support logistics planning, including high-touch and white-glove delivery services
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
Experience working with luxury or high-end goods (furniture or textiles preferred)
Proven track record of hands-on leadership and team development
Strong experience with inventory systems, shipping platforms, and KPI reporting tools
Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with logistics and white-glove delivery is a plus
Comfortable in a physically active environment (ability to lift up to 50 lbs)
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
