We’re searching for a passionate and polished Store & Brand Leader to oversee daily retail operations at our flagship Soho location. This role blends business strategy, visual direction, and local brand presence, perfect for someone who thrives in both the creative and analytical sides of fashion retail.
As the Store & Brand Leader, you’ll drive sales, elevate the in-store experience, and cultivate a culture of excellence among your team. You’ll represent our brand locally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our signature style, service, and sophistication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all store operations, ensuring sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
Inspire, train, and develop a motivated retail team that embodies the brand ethos.
Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat visits.
Collaborate with HQ partners on merchandising strategy, visual execution, and local marketing opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure operational compliance, accuracy, and asset protection.
Provide community engagement and represent the brand at local events or partnerships.
Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative strategies to boost performance and visibility.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in retail management with proven success driving sales.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of KPIs, retail math, and operational efficiency.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for fashion and the ability to translate brand storytelling into elevated in-store experiences.
Flexible availability, including weekends and key holiday periods.
